The current winery is located in the foothills of the Guadarrama mountains, since it's begining.

     The alluvial solis are composed of granite, sand and without limestone. The sun exposure and climate result in excellent ripering conditions. We use modern vinification with Garnacha, Tempranillo and Cabernet sauvignon for reds and rosés; and the indigenous white Malvar for whites.

     Modern vinification employing temperature control produces fruity aromas;mthe high quality of white and rose with their balanced structure compete with the Copiusly fruity reds, these wines have always been preferred by "madrileños· present at the most select and demanding royal tables.
